About Our Business

Medlin Builders has been building fine homes in Mecklenburg and Union
counties since 1975. Began as Medlin Construction Company, it incorporated
in 1983 and became Medlin Builders, Incorporated.  Now in its third
generation, it is owned and operated by brothers, Vic and Terry Medlin.
With over 30 years experience, they have seen many changes, but one thing
that has not changed is a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.  
       
Medlin Builders, Inc. holds an unlimited Contractor's License in both North
and South Carolina. Each set of plans is reviewed by a licensed structural
engineer and personally supervised by Vic and Terry during construction.
Whether you have your own plans, would like for us to help you develop
plans, or choose plans we have developed, this is the place.  Many satisfied
clients have worked with us in prestigious communities of Park Crossing,
Providence Country Club, Highgate, and Hadley Park.
